Can I trial onePT before joining?

Of course! We offer a complimentary PT session to give you an insight into onePT! Furthermore, If you would like to take a look around before joining, feel free to visit us anytime during our opening hours. A member of the team will be delighted to show you around.

Can I book additional PT sessions?

Yes, you can book 1 to 1 PT Packages, where in addition to your inclusive session you can purchase either an additional 3, 7 or 11 sessions per month. Small Group PT packages are also available where you can train with up to 3 people with your Personal Trainer, either 1 or 2 sessions per week.

What type of classes do you offer?

Our variety of Fitness Classes are a complete workout testing your strength, power, endurance and movement ability. With the emphasis on coaching you can look forward to being challenged but importantly improving your ability to execute effective exercises helping you to get more from training. Incorporating a range of different strength based and functional training methods, our classes will lead you to a stronger, leaner and more bulletproof body. Please keep a look out for additional classes that we will add to the time table which you will be able to see in the onePT App (powered through MindBody); we will also promote these through our onePT Community Facebook page as well as internally in the gym. By joining our classes whether by themselves or as a supplement to your programme and monthly inclusive personal training session, you are becoming part of our community; a community that supports each other and pushes you to new limits.
