I was quite flattered when I read the headline 'The Physio with the most impressive CV in Welsh Sport'. nThen I reflected on my career which has seen me work for the Wales National football team, 2 professional rugby clubs (Cardiff Rugby & Bridgend RFC) and Glamorgan County Cricket Club and I conceded that it was quite a good CV! nI have also worked in football for the the Welsh Ladies first team and the Wales men's U21's, U17's, U16's and U15's. I also looked after the men's U20's side who are the only team to represent Wales in the famous Toulon Tournament in the south of France. I also worked for Barry Town FC after Covid as football returned before rugby so I was not yet back with Cardiff RFC. In rugby union, I have also looked after the famous Crawshays RFC invitational team and in Rugby League I have looked after the Welsh and British Student Rugby League squads which included trips to Carcassonne in the South of France and Brisbane in Australia for the Student Rugby League World Cup.nMy private Physiotherapy & Pilates practices in Penarth, Barry & Pencoed go from strength and Penarth Physiotherapy Practice & Pilates Studio / PPP PHYSIO LTD will celebrate its 18th Birthday this year.nPhysiotherapy has given me a great career, I've met some lovely people, worked with some of the best football, rugby and cricket platers in the world and I've travelled to some interesting places.
