In this one and a half hour workshop Robyn and Heather will take you on a inward tour of your body from the feet upwards using mindful movement, breath and self massage. Come and languish in this exploration and find those connections from your feet to your jaw. Feel how simple movement practice and self massage can release tension and create more ease, flow and energy through the whole body system. The workshop will facilitate a deeper connection to our parasympathetic nervous system or rest state and allow space to explore both the importance and difficulty of finding that in our daily lives. Robyn is a holistic facial therapist and face yoga teacher with over a decade of experience with face work. Robyn is disciplined in multi ancient eastern practices to heal your skin, body and soul Heather has a long background working as a therapist both in talking and body therapies. She currently works as a Craniosacral Therapist and has recently trained as a Pilates teacher at Chapel Allerton Pilates.
