Come and join Jean and Sat Nadar for a wonderful, uplifting nourishing day, filled with Kundalini yoga, dance, breathwork, meditation and sound bath. During this time of year, Imbolc, we are emerging from the dark months of winter into the re-emerging lighter time. It is the first stirrings of Spring, the first call of the light - allowing us to gain a new energy and vitality of coming together in circle to uplift ourselves. This is a time of purification and cleansing our bodies and minds of the heaviness of the longer dark days into the brighter spring months. We will move our bodies in dance to shake off the old, vibrate with sound and release with kriya.
