*** WHAT A NIGHTMARE *** Yoga classes for beginners in Torquay ...you would think that taking a picture of a group of women in a yoga class would be simple.... the number of photos that I could not use because..."I haven't done my make-up" "I need to do my hair" etc "oh I am not in the correct warrior position" etc etc i opted for this good one from Rachael Dale our Hatha yoga instructor. correcting and assisting a pose. Yoga Class on a Wednesday Newton Abbot Torquay at 7-8pm Rachaels evening yoga classes are aimed at beginners new to yoga. If you are interested in a Wednesday evening yoga class get in touch NOW we are in Newton Abbot on the border with Torquay.
