Are Pilates classes hard?

Classes vary in ability and pace, there are generally classes from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced. Pilates will never feel easy and will always continue to challenge you.

Do you provide Pilates online without equipment?

Yes the online service is mainly without any equipment. You don't even need a mat to take a class, just an area of floor to lie on. There are six categories to easily find a class. The last category has prop classes that use small props like foam rollers or an elastic Theraband. If you do not have the props you can still take the class with options for home items to use in the class description and the instructor will highlight this at the start.
