We are open for In Studio and On-line Classes. For In studio - see our measures below. 1. Class sizes are reduced to adhere for social distancing 2. Arrive no earlier than fifteen minutes before your appointment start time. Strict one way system. Enter through Reception. 3. Bring your own mat and equipment 4. Come ready Changed - No shower or changing facilities are available 5. As you come in, Temperature Check, Wash Hands/sanitiser and into the Studio 6. Shoes in shoe bag and minimal belonging must be taken into the studio 7. Mobile Phones must be switched off 8. Front of Mat must be placed on the distancing sticker with half the sticker showing. 9. No teacher adjustments will be made 10. Exit from fire-exit, middle row first, one person at a time...
