Yes we do indeed have a variety of contemporary office spaces of varying sizes available to rent. Our offices are situated in our converted farm courtyard and in the giraffe house which overlooks the paddock & landscaped gardens. All of our offices have nature on view from every window, have access to the 1GBps leased line, are supplied by green energy & there is ample of free parking, as well as many more additional amenities.

Each office is responsible for the procurement and maintenance of all IT and hardware within the office, including routers and firewalls. There is availability to utilise a public IP address if required.

More than 3 days before if food is required from the Coffee Shop, as all is made to order. Otherwise, if availability allows the room can be booked no less than 24 hours before. Payment will need to be made to confirm the booking.

Complete the enquiry form with as much detail as possible. Including the date, times, nature of the photoshoot and if you require catering. Then a member of the Estate office will return your enquiry within 24 hours.

We are conveniently located in between the A1 and M1. 18 miles west of the A1 and 17 miles east from the M1. This is around 25-30 minutes traffic dependent.
