This baby-wearing friendly class is a chance to reconnect with your body & enjoy moving & learning about your post-natal body in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. nWe also have our Meditation session on Saturday at 10.30am with Lynne. This session is open to all & a wonderful opportunity to take some time to explore meditation, the benefits & power of mindfulness & a chance to press pause & slow down the busy mind, developing tools to support you in managing day to day life. nBoth sessions can be booked alongside our normal timetable.
