During my time attending the class I slowly started to build my fitness and strength back and it was definitely a highlight of my maternity leave each week.
Each one is pilates based but with a different twist so it never gets boring, and I love how we work on a monthly sequence where you can push yourself a bit further every week.

How wrong I was, Lauras classes are brilliant, I do a weekly mix of Barre and Pilates Plus they are a great work out, forget the thoughts of boring stretch classes, they change every six weeks so there is always a new challenge....
Laura is very professional whilst always being extremely friendly and welcoming.
I was nervous about the pilates as I haven’t loved previous classes elsewhere but I find it really relaxing and great stretching after hunching over carrying my little girl etc.
Laura is wonderfully welcoming and encouraging, excellent knowledge of Pilates, keeps variety and interest in exercise routines and offers many variations based on ability levels.
Great for core strength, toning, posture and keeping nice and flexible.
