I’ve attended on zoom since the start of the pandemic, which has worked well - the studio setup means we can be seen so we can be told when we need to correct something or be encouraged when we are doing something well, and can see the moves being demonstrated clearly.

I am very new to this exercise- and a slow learner that I have at my choice been having 1:1 sessions with Priya to address some issues that I have with my core- I cannot praise her enough for her patience and understanding.
