Having made an appointment for ongoing glute pain that was putting a put a stop to my running, Jack didn't to detect the culprit in my piriformis. Massage and acupuncture saw an almost instant result in relief and I came away with an exercise plan, which he emailed me within an hour. The pain has almost entirely disappeared and I have had one follow-up treatment with acupuncture, again to cement the recovery. You've done me well, Jack! Friendly staff with fantastic standards of treatment.
I'm very happy to say that Jack was correct and after 3 short sessions at a reasonable cost the nodule seems to have completely gone.
The studio is lovely, modern & clean in a great central location and the option of early morning & evening appointments made it much easier to fit around school.
He really loosened things up and also did some acupuncture to continue the healing process.
