Can we have an early check-in?

Check-in is 3pm as standard, however, we can sometimes offer early check-ins on special request, if rooms are available. Get in touch within 48 hours of your stay and we'll see if we can accommodate you. Give us a call on 01452 519 988 and press 0 for reception.

Is the entrance to the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the hotel's main entrance is located on the ground floor with direct access to the carpark. You will be offered a personal check-in service with a full explanation of the hotel's facilities together with a familiarisation tour if required.

Cheltenham Spa Train Station is just 5 miles away, offering cross-country links to Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow. Gloucester Train Station is also easy to get to, just 5.5 miles from the hotel.

What time is dinner served?

Cheltenham Chase has a range of dining options, from a classic British menu at Hardy's restaurant to lighter bites at Hunter's Bar or the Garden Terrace. Opening times for dinner at Hardy's restaurant are 6:30pm - 9.00pm.
