Pilates New Term It’s not too late to join me on the mat this term. If you haven’t tried Pilates yet, you don’t know what you and your body are missing. I have classes at; Birtley Community Centre Monday 1pm (6 week) Sunday 5pm and 6.15pm (7 week) 3d Health & Fitness, Cardinal Hume School Monday 5pm (6 week) Wednesday 5pm, 6.15pm and 7.30pm (6 week) Booking is essential as places are limited. Block booking guarantees your place on the mat and works out at 7.50 per class. When you block book, you get the option to do catch up sessions in any of my other classes if for some reason you can’t make your usual class.
