It can be daunting if you have little or no experience of yoga or have health issues which put you off attending a yoga retreat. Well now is your chance as this retreat is made just with you in mind. There are 6 twin rooms which are tastefully decorated to host just 10 people plus me and one other. The open plan lounge diner and kitchen makes a lovely social space which over looks the farm land. Everything is provided on this retreat, the only thing you need to bring is yourself, your mat, cushion and blanket.   It costs just £385 per person for a shared room and £450 for a double bed in a single room, alternatively you can travel in each day at a cost of £285.  £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your place which  includes all your meals and refreshments, a full programmes of yoga, meditations, candle gazing, breathing practices, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), gentle walking in the Shropshire countryside and a sound therapy/gong bath session. ​...
