FAQs

Can I come with a friend?

Yes of course. You may not necessarily do the same session as your friend as you may both have different preferences and abilities but you can book at the same time if there are machines available.

How far in advance can I book and do I have to book or can I drop in?

Your level of membership will determine how far in advance you can book. All sessions will need to be booked in advance as we do not have a drop in service. As long as a Nuforma is available at the time you would like then you can book a minimum of 5 mins in advance if you like.

How do I access the Studio?

You can access our Studios and begin your sessions using the app on your smartphone. If for some reason your app or phone is not working then please speak to one of the Heba staff at the studio.

What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing. Gripped socks are preferred on the machine but not essential. If you would like to purchase socks you can do at our reception.

Do you offer group classes?

Heba Studios are unique in the sense that you can book with as many friends as you like, providing there is availability. You will all follow your own personalised workout but enjoy the company of your friends at the same time.
