We have a few spaces now available for our reformer Pilate classes available. This includes 1:1, Duet and Studio Classes. All classes are run by Lizzie. 1:1 Full studio experience working 1:1 with your instructor. In these sessions not only can we ensure you are learning the whole Pilates system but these are ideal for those who wish to focus on a particular issue or have special needs which may need extra focus. Duet Full studio experience working 2:1 with your instructor. In these sessions not only can we ensure you are learning the whole Pilates system but these are ideal for those who wish to workout with a friend, partner or sibling. Having a partner adds an extra element of fun to the session. Studio Classes Our studio classes are deliberately kept small with a maximum of 4 per class. That way each client gets the benefit of the instructors attention and the attendee never feels lost in a crowd. Assistance with modifications or deeper challenges are easy to cue when in smaller groups therefore allowing clients to achieve strength and flexibility.
