Where do you offer private swimming lessons and PT sessions?

We mainly offer private swimming lessons, pt sessions and sport activities in the following areas: Balham, Barnes, Battersea, Bayswater, Belgravia, Brixton, Chelsea, Chiswick, Clapham, Earlsfield, Fulham, Hammersmith, Hampton, Kensington, Kingston upon Thames, New Malden, Nine Elms, Notting Hill, Paddington, Pimlico, Putney, Raynes Park, Richmond, Streatham, Teddington, Twickenham, Wandsworth, Wimbledon. For an additional cost we can also offer private swimming lessons around these locations.

Is there any trial session available?

Although there is no trial sessions available, you will not regret choosing Adam. His clients are very satisfied and he is proud of the positive feedback and reviews he have received.

What is the best swimming technique?

Front crawl is the most effective swimming technique that allows swimmers to go further without exerting much energy. It is used for longer distances and is always preferred by swimmers over other techniques.

What makes a good swimmer?

A good swimmer is patient and follows his/her swimming routine with perseverance. They keep themselves aligned to their goals and make slow progress with each passing day as swimming is both a mentally and physically challenging exercise.

What should you not tell your personal trainer?

Personal trainers are here to help you reach your maximum potential. You should never tell lies to your trainer or provide them with incomplete information. As a rule of decency, you should never complain to your trainer about not getting results. Well being and fitness is a long road to take and you need to be patient with your body. You will see results sooner or later.
